A&A Acquired by CEC to Expand Services and Increase Geographic Reach

With more than 90 years of combined experience, A&A and CEC join forces to provide the best customer service in the industry

Green Bay, WI (Sept. 1, 2010) – A&A, a service provider that offers integrated protection solutions for life safety, security, and healthcare communication systems, announces its purchase by Hiawatha, IA-based CEC. CEC is Iowa’s largest systems and technology integrator.

The integration of these two companies allows for an increase in technical and financial strength, offers expanded product and service offerings to customers, and provides a greater service coverage area.

Both organizations currently offer life safety, security, and healthcare communications systems and services to their clients. This acquisition strengthens these areas for both companies. It also allows A&A to provide audio/video and information technology offerings, and allows CEC to expand its monitoring and fire alarm testing and inspection services.
